When you become a dentist with MDP, you’ll enjoy clinical autonomy along with a wealth of benefits. These include free internal clinical education courses on various dental specialties, like implants, clear aligners, endodontics, oral surgery and more. New providers also receive an initial period of guaranteed income as they settle into their practice during the credentialing period, after which they earn a healthy percentage of net collections. MDP dentists are also owners in our organization, automatically through our employee stock ownership plan, and, if they choose, through any direct stock purchases.
