Bryan Hildreth is an accomplished human resources executive with leadership experience in operations and service excellence. Bryan has a proven ability to build new functions and establish well-organized, productive business units. He has extensive experience leading and implementing strategies in organizational design, change management, process improvement, coaching/consulting, employee engagement, leadership/staff development performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll and talent acquisition. Prior to joining Mortenson Dental Partners, he led human resources and service excellence functions over a 25-year career in healthcare.
