Our compensation model is founded on creating both short- and long-term wealth. The primary components include:
- Guaranteed Compensation. Initial period of guaranteed income as a doctor gets settled into the practice during the credentialing period.
- Net Collections. Upon completion of the guaranteed compensation period, doctors receive a percent of net collections.
- Practice-Level Profit Sharing. Practice profits above a certain threshold are split 50/50 between eligible doctors and the company.
- Company-Level Profit Sharing. Through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), shares of the company stock are invested into a retirement account for each team member.
- Stock Ownership. We provide eligible doctors with opportunities to purchase additional stock in the organization.
