Generous Compensation, Profit Sharing and Ownership.

Our compensation model is founded on creating both short- and long-term wealth. The primary components include:

  • Guaranteed compensation. There is an initial period of guaranteed income as a doctor gets settled into the practice during the credentialing period.
  • Net collections. Upon completion of the guaranteed compensation period, general dentists receive a healthy percentage of net collections.
  • Company-level profit sharing. Through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), shares of the company stock are invested into a retirement account for each team member. 
  • Direct stock ownership. We provide eligible doctors with opportunities to purchase additional stock in the organization.
