Mortenson Dental Partners (MDP) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Reibel to President and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2026. In his expanded role, Reibel will assume new responsibilities for MDP’s business development functions, including oversight of inorganic growth, integration, and facilities management. He will also retain his current functions as Chief Financial Officer.

Reibel joined MDP in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer with an extensive financial and accounting background in healthcare, including significant transaction experience. Since his arrival at MDP, he has provided leadership, direction and management of the finance, accounting and information technology teams and advised on long-term business and financial planning. Reibel has also played an important role in expanding MDP’s business development opportunities. His appointment will streamline MDP’s business development efforts, ensuring a unified approach to growth and expansion.
